Custom Consultations
Many photographers I work with are at a place in their career where things had been going pretty well but they have hit a wall. They have done a variety of promos but can’t really attribute any successes to their efforts. They are thinking of changing direction, relocating, or branching out into other media.
People hire me to help them re-evaluate their place in the industry and develop a strategy for better reaching potential clients. Custom consultation packages often include:
- Market research to identify potential clients
- Creating a year-long marketing plan for your budget
- Self-promo concepts
- Working with designer to produce website redesigns, new brand identities, print promos or email promos
- Re-editing work for web or print presentations
- Editing for book dummies
- Improving social media marketing efforts
- Creating well-researched and targeted mailing lists (requires Adbase or Agency Access account)
- Copywriting for print or email promos, website bio pages, contests or grants
- Fine-tuning personal project ideas
- Ongoing availability to answer questions regarding promotion, licensing, editing, etc.
How’s it work?
- Fill out a short marketing questionnaire.
- I will follow up with any additional questions and schedule a time for a free 30-minute phone consultation.
- I will prepare a formal proposal for you. Once you sign off, we will choose a kick off date and get to work!
These packages range from $3,000-$6,000 depending on how many target markets you want to reach, how much research is needed, and how many lists you want to make. Extensive photo editing of large archives also requires a higher fee.
